GENERAL E-PAYMENT TERMS OF USE

1. Donations

The operation of CRTA as a citizens’ association, the website as well as all everything related, are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts of the Republic of Serbia are competent for all possible disputes.

1.1 Donors

Donations can be made by all interested persons residing in Serbia or abroad.

1.2 Donation

The donor agrees that the funds paid as a donation will unconditionally become the property of CRTA, and that they may be used for the purposes of realizing the vision and mission of CRTA, as well as the corresponding programs described here.

1.2.1 Types of donations

The donor can make a one-time donation.

A one-time donation implies the commitment of the donor to one of the offered amounts or the amount that the donor himself determines for a one-time payment.

1.3.1 Entering the donation amount

All payments will be made in the currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).

1.3.2 Overview of the donation payment order, confirmation and payment

By entering data into the form (data about the donor – name and surname, country of residence, email address, phone number, payment card data and amount) and marking the option “I agree with the general terms and conditions of donation payment” and the optional marking of the “I want to receive notifications about activities of CRTA via email or mobile phone” option, as well as by clicking the appropriate button, the donor confirms the selected donation amount. After that, they will be redirected to the second part of the form, which refers to the donation payment confirmation. The confirmation of payment of the donation contains an overview of the basic details related to the donation: the amount and information about the donor. Before payment confirmation of the donation, the donor can cancel or change the amount of the donation.

CRTA will collect the donor’s email address and/or mobile phone number only if the option “I want to receive notifications about CRTA’s activities via email and/or mobile phone” has been previously selected by the donor.

By clicking the “confirm the donation payment” option, the donor makes the donation payment.

If the transaction was successful, the donor will be shown a notification that the payment was successfully made. A payment confirmation email will then be sent to an email address they provided.

In case the transaction was unsuccessful, the donor will be shown a notification about the failed payment.

The payment card data entered by the donor when donating are visible only to the payment card processor Monri Payments and Bank Intesa Beograd. At no stage of the donation does CRTA have access to donor’s payment card information.

1.4 Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PCI DSS system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Monri Payments, so the entire payment process is carried out on their web-pages. The data about the payment card is not in any moment available to CRTA, nor to any CRTA employee.

1.5. Complaints

In case of possible doubts and/or problems related to donating, the donor can send a question to [email protected].

1.6. Refund of donation

A refund of the donation is possible if the payment was made by misuse of the payment card by third parties.

In the listed cases where a refund of the donation is possible, it is necessary to submit a scanned, written and explained request for the refund of the paid amount, in free form. This request needs to be signed by the owner of the payment card, and sent within 30 days from the donation payment, to [email protected] or by mail to Francuska 6, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Along with the request, it is necessary to submit the confirmation email of the completed transaction, a scanned ID card of the cardholder and a contact phone number.

The donor will then be contacted by CRTA within 15 working days from the receipt of the formal request. CRTA is able to return the funds to the donor only to the account linked to the payment card through which the donation was made.

Refunds are made exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund funds to the cardholder’s account at CRTA’s request.

Refund requests submitted after the expiration of 30 days from the donation payment or to an address different from the addresses listed here will not be considered.
