Within CRTA, Bojana is engaged in programs and projects development, planning, monitoring and quality control of achieved results and organizational goals, as well as communication with donors and partner organizations in Serbia and internationally. She worked at several non-governmental organizations and institutions in Serbia. She has a broad knowledge and experience in civic activism and advocacy, organization of public campaigns and promotional activities, civic participation and working with vulnerable groups.
