Vladimir is a political scientist, public policy researcher, and a long-time civil society activist in Serbia. He is driven by the opportunity for in-depth understanding of political processes, while developing and advocating for practical and applicable solutions to societal issues. He has worked on topics related to building the integrity of democratic institutions, parliamentary oversight, security policies, children’s rights, and peacebuilding. He possesses extensive experience in project and program management, as well as partnership development.
