Danijela joined the CRTA team in January 2023 with the desire to engage in politics, rather than have politics engage her, without clouding her view by taking sides. With the same goal, she completed her undergraduate and master’s studies in international politics at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. She gained previous experience in the field of transitional justice and regional reconciliation.
In her role as a grants coordinator, she provides support to activists who identify issues in local communities, seek solutions, and call on institutions to be transparent and accountable. She believes in small victories and big ideas.
