11.14 – Turnout by 10am 9,9 percent

A total of 9,9 percent of citizens voted in elections for the Belgrade City Assembly by 10:00 (margin of error 0,2 percent). In comparison, voter turnout by 10:00 in Belgrade elections in December was 9,6 percent. At one percent of polling stations the bags with voting materials were not sealed with a security seal with a serial number, and the ballot box was not presented to the first voter at one percent of polling stations. Parallel records of voters who voted were observed at two percent of polling stations. At one percent of polling stations the presence of individuals not authorized to be present at the polling station was recorded.
