According to 81 percent of processed data within the CRTA’s election observation sample, the list „Aleksandar Vucic – Zato sto volimo Beograd“ won 44,9 percent of votes.

In the period between 4 pm and 7 pm CRTA recorded the increase in the number of irregularities at polling stations from six to eight percent. Law violations and irregularities were also recorded outside of polling stations at one percent of polls.
According to the CRTA election observation mission, a total of 48,2 percent of citizens registered in the voters list have voted at the Belgrade City Council elections until 7 pm. Margin of error was +/- 0,4 percent.
Within the last two hours, the safety of CRTA observers was endangered in two recorded cases. One occurred outside of the polling station at Novi Beograd and the other at the polling station in Zvezdara municipality.
Until 1 pm, individual incidents outside of polling stations were also recorded. These included cases where groups of voters were brought collectively to cast a vote and parallel lists of voters in front of polling stations handled by unidentified persons, which all happened in coordination with members of polling boards.
According to the CRTA election observation mission, a total of 23,2 percent of citizens registered in the voters list have voted at the Belgrade City Council elections until 1 pm. Margin of error was +/- 0,3 percent.
A total of seven percent of citizens registered in the voters list have voted at the Belgrade City Council elections until 10 am, the CRTA election observation mission stated. Margin of error was +/- 0,1 percent. In comparison with 2017 presidential elections voter turnout by 10 am is lower by 2,79 percent, and lower than 1,3 percent when compared to parliamentary elections.
The opening of polling stations for the Belgrade City Council elections went mainly in accordance with established procedures, the CRTA election observation mission stated. A total of 1.606.931 citizens has the right to vote in Belgrade elections.
