INITIATIVE FOR THE REVIEW OF THE CONSTITUTIONALITY COURT

CRTA has submitted an initiative to the Constitutional Court of Serbia to review the constitutionality of 54 laws adopted with numerous procedural violations.

The contested laws were passed without adequate debate, which is an essential and fundamental element of the legislative process.
