Three thousand CRTA observers, trained according to the highest international standards, will monitor Election Day, specifically the quality of the voting process in the parliamentary and Belgrade elections on December 17th.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

CRTA\u2019s Election Day reporting will be based on<\/span> two random samples<\/b>, representative of Serbia (500 polling stations) and of Belgrade (500 polling stations).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The random and representative <\/span>sampling of polling stations reflects the structure of all polling stations<\/b>, their size, distribution, regional, and political specificities, ensuring that the information obtained from these polling stations is representative of Belgrade, and consequently, of the entire Serbia (excluding polling stations where voters from Kosovo and Metohija will cast their votes).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Observers will be present at polling stations when preparations for opening commence at 6 AM until the polling committees publicly announce the voting results, ensuring comprehensive insight into the events at the polling stations. Mobile teams will monitor activities outside polling stations across Serbia.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout Election Day, CRTA will inform the public about the voting process, adherence to procedures, and voter turnout.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As elections at multiple levels are taking place on December 17th, it is expected that the vote counting process will last as long as it did in the 2022 elections, and significantly longer than in 2020 when only parliamentary elections were held.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure complete data reliability, <\/span>CRTA will only release election result projections to the public when data from at least 95% of the polling stations in the sample is collected and processed. <\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
