Until 1 pm, the CRTA election observation mission recorded irregularities at six percent of polling stations.<\/p>\n

Until 1 pm, individual incidents outside of polling stations were also recorded. These included cases where groups of voters were brought collectively to cast a vote and parallel lists of voters in front of polling stations handled by unidentified persons, which all happened in coordination with members of polling boards.<\/p>\n

\"\"A total of 23,2 percent of citizens registered in the voters list have voted at the Belgrade City Council elections until 1 pm. Margin of error was +\/- 0,3 percent.<\/p>\n

CRTA\u2019s monitoring of the Belgrade elections is based on statistical principles that allow the effective and systemic observation of the election process on the day of the vote. CRTA uses the parallel vote tabulation methodology (PVT) that enables the assessment of the overall voting process on the Election Day \u2013 opening of polling stations, voting process and vote count \u2013 in an unbiased and systematic manner. PVT methodology uses a random and representative sample of polling stations, meaning that the results are representative for the entire territory. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>CRTA is a member of the global and European networks of election monitoring organizations – GNDEM <\/a>and ENEMO<\/a>.<\/p>\n
