In comparison with 2017 presidential elections voter turnout by 10 am is lower by 2,79 percent, and lower than 1,3 percent when compared to parliamentary elections.<\/p>\n<p>Observers deployed to a random and representative sample of 450 polling stations recorded irregularities at five percent of polling stations by 10 am, including parallel lists of voters not registered in the voters list at the polling station, the use of mobile phones and taking photographs of voters, as well as breaches of procedure regarding the cast of control ballot in the ballot box at the beginning of the voting process and voting without a valid identification document.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12467 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/crta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/vizual-5-ENG-768x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/crta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/vizual-5-ENG-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/crta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/vizual-5-ENG-768x768-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/crta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/vizual-5-ENG-768x768-100x100.png 100w, https:\/\/crta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/vizual-5-ENG-768x768-600x600.png 600w, https:\/\/crta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/vizual-5-ENG-768x768-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/crta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/vizual-5-ENG-768x768-500x500.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Campaigning less than 50 meters from the polling station was recorded at one percent of polls.<\/p>\n<p><em>CRTA\u2019s monitoring of the Belgrade elections is based on statistical principles that allow the effective and systemic observation of the election process on the day of the vote. CRTA uses the parallel vote tabulation methodology (PVT) that enables the assessment of the overall voting process on the Election Day \u2013 opening of polling stations, voting process and vote count \u2013 in an unbiased and systematic manner. PVT methodology uses a random and representative sample of polling stations, meaning that the results are representative for the entire territory.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em>CRTA is a member of the global and European networks of election monitoring organizations \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gndem.org\/members?page=2\">GNDEM\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.enemo.eu\/en\/members\/members\/\">ENEMO<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CRTA election observation mission will issue the next public statement at 3pm.
